Needs Analysis
Our needs analysis process involves a close study of your program determining and documenting variances between requirements and current capabilities. We provide a logic model that naturally flows from resources, activities, outposts, outcomes, and impacts. Once the impact of program performance in the population is understood, it is possible to compare that expectation with your program’s current level of performance. This comparison becomes the needs analysis.
Our Program Coordinators are skilled in performing needs assessments and analyses. They will work with you to identify priorities as they relate to your program goals. Our Needs Analysis service is a systematic way to identify the resources and activities you do and how those support the impact your program has on the population.
We can perform a needs analysis at the beginning of a program, during program implementation, or if you are adding a new component to your program. The ultimate goal of the needs analysis is to ensure we help improve your program which will improve the education outcome of children in your area.
