OZ Systems provides product setup, training, and mentoring. Our experienced staff of clinicians, educators and information technology staff will tailor the installation and training needed for your agency.

Product Setup
OZ System’s staff will configure your product to meet your performance needs. We will host the application website, which means there is no installation required by you. Your staff needs only access to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater.

You will be provided a URL (website address) that makes your first login seamless. We will assist in loading your data and validating its accuracy in accordance with your business requirements.

Product Training

We are Subject Matter Experts who will collaborate with your organization to design and conduct customized training. Our experienced educators and clinicians will help your team tailor training sessions to help each user understand how to use the application in their day-to-day tasks. Training can be provided in a variety of formats including onsite, online, and self-paced tutorials.

Product Mentoring

Product mentoring brings to light the value and the benefit of our applications in your environment. Our mentoring program provides hands-on training and continued support to increase knowledge retention.
