OZ Systems’ eSP™ Public Health Reporting Forms offers public health, hospitals, and providers a method of gathering data within their current application to meet the requirements of an external system. eSP™ Public Health Reporting Forms supports the retrieval, display, and completion of a form. It can also return data from the display application to the source application and is based on the IHE RFD profile public health reporting tools.
