Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board & Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Ken Pool is chairman of the board and chief operating officer of OZ Systems, a company he founded with Dr. Terese Finitzo, PhD in 1996 to assure quality in newborn screening and early education initiatives.
Dr. Pool is a board certified neurologist and clinical electrophysiologist, who brings extensive experience as a physician health care informaticist. His 20 years of experience in clinical and academic medicine included educating medical students and neurology residents, as well as physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and audiologists.
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Terese Finitzo, PhD, is chief executive officer (CEO) of OZ Systems, a company she founded with Dr. Ken Pool, MD, in 1996 to assure quality in newborn screening and early education initiatives.
She is a Fellow of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology. She received her PhD from Northwestern University. She also is a pediatric audiologist with a strong clinical, research, and publication record in newborn hearing screening and early hearing detection and intervention (EHDI).
