Training

Training at OZ Systems is multi-faceted and customer-driven with a variety of options for every budget, including:

  • Online training
  • Self-paced tutorials

Blended solutions are often selected to provide optimal flexibility for diverse groups of users. OZ Systems’ professional educators and experienced trainers are Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) uniquely suited to collaborate with your organization’s SMEs to design, implement, and conduct customized training sessions for system users. 

For customized projects, our training team works closely with our application architects and software developers during the design phase to ensure that training covers all key features.  We’re experienced in drafting and executing “train the trainer” sessions for nurses, audiologists, public health and early intervention professionals. 

OZ Systems uses industry-standard technologies for online training and meetings.  Web-based sessions are widely used to provide cost-effective training to large groups of users in dispersed geographical regions, and to users with specialized training needs.  The courses provide simulations and realistic scenarios to improve user learning.  The online training sessions also utilize and share multiple applications, documents, and even video.

Case Management

Case management involves teams of people involved with the care of an individual.  From the provider at the point of care to the public health official charged with program oversight, numerous entities make up a "case team" to manage care processes.  Often, case management and tracking activities are driven by various laws and regulations. The OZ Systems Case Management Team can assist in tackling these challenging and vitally important tasks.
